Pasta Sauce with Beef, Peppers and Mushrooms

Will's been really good about cooking recently, and this is his signature dish. I can make it, but I haven't had much time to cook recently.

Ingredients:
1-1.5 lb lean ground beef
3 red peppers, cut into 1" squares
1 bag mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, cut into 1" squares
2 cans/jars pasta sauce
Sugar
Cayenne pepper
Herbs to taste


Method:
Brown the beef, drain, and put into a 4-qt pot.
Sautee the veggies and add to pot.
Add tomato sauce and cook until heated thoroughly.
Taste and add seasoning to taste.
Let simmer for flavours to meld.




Verdict:
Yum! and lasts for days ^^
